We take precautions to carefully screen orders when they are made, and to prevent credit card fraud to the extent possible. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50 for a fraudulent order that gets past our screening process, Catering By Design CFL will reimburse you for the amount the bank holds you liable for, (limited to a maximum of $50). We will cover this liability for purchases made from us provided the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. Of course, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must also immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
